Supplier Code of Conduct
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At Atlas⁰⁷, integrity, legality and accountability are the foundations of everything we do. As a global provider of mission-critical services to governments, public institutions and international organisations, we recognise that our reputation and the trust placed in us are directly linked to the conduct of every organisation within our supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the mandatory standards, principles and legal obligations that all suppliers, contractors, consultants and business partners must meet as a condition of working with Atlas⁰⁷.
The Code is a binding component of every commercial relationship and a prerequisite for participation in public procurement and strategic programmes. It reflects our obligations under applicable United Kingdom, United States and European Union law, including the UK Bribery Act 2010, the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Export Control Order 2008, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, 78dd-2 and 78dd-3), the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and relevant EU directives and international conventions. Where local or contractual standards are stricter, suppliers are required to comply with the higher requirement.

Our expectations extend beyond basic legal compliance. Suppliers must integrate ethical practices into their operations, respect internationally recognised human rights, safeguard personal data and confidential information, maintain safe and sustainable workplaces, and uphold the highest standards of transparency and business integrity. These obligations apply not only to direct suppliers but also to subcontractors, affiliates and any other third parties engaged within the supply chain. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that equivalent standards are implemented, monitored and enforced at every level.
