We are committed to conducting our business ethically, lawfully, and transparently, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, and related misconduct in any form. This commitment applies to all employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, agents, and business partners, and extends across every jurisdiction in which we operate.
Atlas complies fully with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. Where legal requirements differ, Atlas applies the stricter standard to ensure that our operations consistently meet or exceed global compliance expectations.
